About the CompanyIntex Recreation Corp. is seeking a driven and strategic Ecommerce Territory Sales Manager to support the growth of our online and retail marketplace channels. This role blends traditional territory sales ownership with a strong focus on ecommerce account management, digital strategy, and cross-functional execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated to optimize product distribution, drive sales growth, and enhance the consumer experience across ecommerce platforms.About the RoleThis role blends traditional territory sales ownership with a strong focus on ecommerce account management, digital strategy, and cross-functional execution.ResponsibilitiesEcommerce & Account Management:Manage and grow ecommerce accounts, including marketplace and retail partnersOptimize product listings, content, and digital presence to drive visibility and conversionDevelop and execute account-specific growth strategiesSales Strategy & Execution:Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and partnersDevelop pricing strategies and promotional plans to drive sell-throughAnalyze market trends, competitive pricing models, and segmentation opportunitiesOperational & Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with operations and logistics teams to address fulfillment and supply challengesCoordinate with marketing and product development teams on campaigns and product positioningSupport structural integration of ecommerce processes and toolsForecasting & Performance Management:Conduct account analysis and forecasting to determine demand and timingTrack and report sales performanceSupport achievement of annual sales goalsLeadership & Team Collaboration:Work closely with sales team members and independent repsProvide guidance to sales administration personnelParticipate in training and knowledge-sharingTravel RequirementsAbility to travel approximately 35%, including domestic and occasional international travelParticipation in customer visits, trade shows, and annual sales meetingsOpportunity to travel alongside team members as part of onboarding and developmentQualificationsBachelor's degree required5-10 years of experience in sales, ecommerce, or consumer-packaged goodsExperience managing ecommerce accounts or online retail platformsStrong understanding of digital merchandising, pricing strategies, and forecastingStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentRequired SkillsStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred SkillsExperience managing ecommerce accounts or online retail platformsStrong understanding of digital merchandising and pricing strategiesPay range and compensation packageCompetitive compensation based on experienceEqual Opportunity StatementAt Intex, we are committed to delivering high-quality products that create lasting memories.
