Job Summary The HR Manager, Shared Services leads a centralized HR Shared Services function, ensuring efficient, consistent delivery of HR operations across the employee lifecycle. This role oversees employee transactions, onboarding, compliance, and inquiry management while driving process improvements and service excellence.This is a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings structure to ambiguity, and sets the tone for a high-quality employee experience"”especially as the face of onboarding.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop HR Shared Services team (5+), driving accountability and performanceOversee centralized HR operations (hire-to-retire), onboarding, and employee supportEstablish and optimize SLAs, workflows, and scalable processesEnsure compliance, data integrity, and HRIS accuracy (Workday preferred)Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements and automationTrack and report on HR metrics using advanced ExcelRequirementsMust Have:HR leadership experience (managing teams) within Shared ServicesAdvanced Excel proficiencyHigh energy, strong presence, and excellent communication (owns onboarding experience)Proven ability to identify gaps and implement solutionsAdaptable in fast-paced, evolving environmentsProactive, self-starter mindsetPreferred:Experience in mid-market or larger organizationsWorkday experience
