Warehouse Supervisor

Our operations depend on highly accurate material flow, inventory integrity, and strong people leadership to support production and customer commitments.We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate handling of electronic components while supporting production needs across the facility. This is an onsite role at our Fremont, CA facility. What You'll DoAs the Warehouse Supervisor, you'll be a working leader on the floor"”balancing people leadership with operational execution. You will:Lead, coach, and develop a warehouse team supporting shipping, receiving, stockroom, kitting, and inventory controlAssign daily work, monitor productivity, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standardsManage employee timecards, attendance, and time-off requests in PaycomConduct performance reviews, coaching, and corrective actions to drive accountability and growthOversee receiving of electronic components, ensuring correct part numbers, quantities, labeling, and ERP transactionsEnsure timely and accurate material movement to support production (kitting, staging, return-to-stock)Maintain inventory accuracy through daily cycle counts and discrepancy resolutionLead annual physical inventory planning, execution, and reconciliationOversee outbound shipments, shipping documentation, and carrier coordinationMaintain audit-ready documentation and required warehouse recordsPartner cross-functionally with Production, Planning, and Quality teamsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environmentWhat We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent5+ years of warehouse or materials management experience in a production environmentExperience working with electronic components or within electronics manufacturingPrior supervisory or lead experience strongly preferredStrong working knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, and warehouse best practicesERP experience and comfort with material transaction processesStrong leadership, communication, and decision-making skillsPreferred QualificationsForklift certificationFamiliarity with shipping carriers and logistics coordinationAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on warehouse environmentSalary Range: $70K - $95K Why You'll Love Working at ElmaAt Elma Electronic, we believe strong operations start with strong people.
