Human Resources Generalist (Financial Services) ?? Conshohocken, PA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)We are partnering with a growing investment management firm to add an experienced HR Generalist to their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with a background in financial services or asset management who is looking to expand their impact in a dynamic, collaborative environment.This role will support a broad range of HR functions, with a strong emphasis on full-cycle recruiting and onboarding, while also contributing to key HR initiatives across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Support full-cycle recruiting efforts, including interview coordination and candidate experienceLead onboarding processes, including new hire orientation and employment verificationsPartner with hiring managers to develop and update job descriptionsAssist with performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and internal communicationsRespond to employee inquiries and escalate sensitive matters as neededEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulationsSupport HR projects such as training programs, benefits administration, and HRIS updatesQualifications:3+ years of HR experience, including recruiting and onboarding (required)Prior experience within financial services, banking, or asset management requiredBachelors degree preferredStrong understanding of HR best practices and employment regulationsHighly organized with strong attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentThis is a great opportunity to join a growing, entrepreneurial firm where you can contribute across multiple areas of HR and continue to develop your career.Note: Qualified candidates will be contacted within 2 business days of application.
