In this role, you'll rebuild, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and equipment, playing a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly and safely.What You'll DoTroubleshoot and rebuild mechanical assemblies and automated systemsPerform preventative and predictive maintenance on machineryDiagnose root causes of mechanical/electrical failuresConduct light welding, plumbing, and machining workOperate shop equipment, hand and power toolsUse CMMS to record repairs and manage maintenance tasksMonitor spare parts inventory and order as neededWhat we're looking for3+ years of experience maintaining and repairing industrial equipmentTrade school diploma preferredAbility to interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematicsStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailMust provide own toolsSpecial Credentials / SkillsDemonstrated ability to install, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain machinery and equipmentSkilled in dismantling and moving stationary industrial equipment (pumps, fans, tanks, conveyors, furnaces, generators) using hand and power toolsAbility to operate hoisting/lifting devices (cranes, jacks, tractors)Skilled in inspecting machinery for irregularities and malfunctionsExperience with power transmission, vacuum, and pneumatic systemsBasic knowledge of electronic controls and safe work practicesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsTeam player with the ability to work collaborativelyCertifications: Preferred (but not required)MA Journeyman Electrician LicenseMA 2nd Class Fireman LicenseUniversal Refrigeration LicenseCDL (Class A or B)Forklift or man-lift certification
