Systems Project Manager

Our client in King Of Prussia is seeking a Project Manager!! This position is responsible for managing and coordinating all orders and projects within an assigned region. Ensuring projects are within scope, budget, and schedule.Essential duties and responsibilities:• Follow all safety rules and regulations; all work must be done thinking "Safety First".• Manage and coordinate all orders and projects within an assigned region.• Maintain a thorough understanding of the Lighthouse/customer contract.• Ensure projects are within scope, budget and schedule.• Work with customers and manage/support field staff to provide quality work and customer satisfaction.• Identifies and schedules project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.• Coordinates and responds to requests for changes from original specifications.• Develop, schedule and lead project close-out processes.• Good communication skills.• Get along with others, not creating a hostile work environment.• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.• Ability to work with and as a Team.• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and 41+ pounds as a two-person lift.Required Skills/Abilities:• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, related software and computers.• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from peers, managers, and personnel from various departments.• Ability to gather and analyze information skillfully, identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner.• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.• Experience leading successful project team, including development of employee and maintaining relationships with external entities.• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.• Experience working in a growing, international company dealing with Fortune 500 customers.Education and Experience:• One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.• Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Google Project Management Certificate Preferred; or obtain during the prescreening hiring process. Completion prior to start date.
