HR Generalist - Corporate Firm - $120k Top law firm in DTLA is looking for an experienced HR professional to join their team as an HR SpecialistIn this role, you'll serve as a trusted partner across the full employee lifecycle and handle onboarding and performance management to compliance and employee engagement.This is a hybrid position with firmwide impact, offering the opportunity to shape culture, support leadership, and drive meaningful HR initiatives.If you have 5+ years of HR experience with a strong employee relations and performance management background, this could be a great long-term opportunity for you!Key Responsibilities: Lead onboarding and new hire integrationPartner with managers to support performance management, coaching, and employee developmentManage employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary processes, and terminationsSupport annual performance reviews and mid-year check-insEnsure compliance with employment laws and oversee required training programsContribute to HR programs, policies, and employee engagement initiativesA bachelor's degree in HR or a related field is a plus.
