The key to this role will be the coordination, presentation, and overall execution of our Off-Price business. In this role, the candidate will interface primarily with the entire sales team and other associated departments such as merchandising while reporting to the Director of Sales Operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data driven, and curious with a desire to learn our business and contribute.Key Responsibilities:Be the key contact for all Off Price Customers (TJX, Ross, Burlington, etc.)Update available inventory for Off Price Accounts and build presentations based on available inventoryPricing autonomy within established guidelinesSupport the sales team with reporting and communication internally and externallySupport the sales teams with item set up information in internal systems and customer platformsPartner with customer service on certain order entry components in addition to Off Price order entryManage purchase orders, ensuring timely and compliant processing from entry to fulfillmentSupport forecasting, planning, and production as neededKeep track of key sales operations metrics using internal trackers and toolsSupport the broader Sales Operations team with administrative and operational tasks as neededInventory management, understanding aged of inventory and give strategy recommendations to liquidatePerform additional duties as assigned.Qualifications & Skills1 plus years of experience in sales or sales operations, client services, or a related administrative support role, ideally in a fast-paced or cross-functional environmentAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and use of pivot tables, formulas, and dashboardsUnderstanding of inventory management and retail sales operationsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, track details, and meet deadlinesExcellent communication skills: clear, professional, and comfortable interacting with both internal teams and external partnersA proactive mindset and a knack for identifying issues before they become problemsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail in everything from data entry to sales materialsExperience with Retail Link, Scintilla, Partners-on-Line and other retailer platforms is a plus, but not mandatoryComfort working independently while staying closely connected to a collaborative teamSelf-starter with the ability to work independentlyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsOpen-minded, adaptable, and eager to learn.
