Human Resources & Office ManagerLocation: Greater Racine Area (Fridays Remote)Salary: $65,000-$75,000Job Type: Permanent; Full-timePosition OverviewThe HR Manager will play a key role in supporting employee lifecycle processes while helping maintain an organized and efficient office environment. This individual will partner closely with leadership and internal teams to ensure smooth HR and administrative operations. Key ResponsibilitiesHR & Employee SupportCoordinate new hire onboarding and orientationMaintain employee records and HR documentationAssist with light recruiting efforts, including interview coordination and candidate communicationSupport HR processes and respond to employee inquiriesMaintain and update employee information within HR systemsHR Systems & AdministrationAssist with HRIS maintenance (employee data, compensation updates, time tracking)Support reporting and general HR data accuracyHelp improve HR processes and workflowsOffice & Administrative OperationsOrganize employee events, lunches, and office activitiesManage office supplies and vendor coordinationMaintain an organized, welcoming office environmentProvide occasional administrative or customer support as neededQualificationsRequiredExperience in HR support, office management, or administrative rolesStrong organizational and multitasking skillsAbility to take initiative and work independentlyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeExperience with HRIS systemsExposure to ERP systemsWork EnvironmentSchedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMHybrid: Onsite Monday - Thursday, remote FridaysDress Code: Business casualWork Setting: Corporate office environment
