Atraverse Medical is developing the next generation of left-heart access technologies to streamline procedures and improve patient outcomes. As a strategic partner to our customers, you will lead account planning and execution efforts to drive revenue growth and long-term success of the HOTWIRE(TM) system.Account Strategy & Relationship BuildingDevelop and implement comprehensive account plans to maximize revenue, retention, and satisfaction.Serve as the primary liaison for key decision-makers and stakeholders across clinical, administrative, and supply chain functions.Build and nurture strategic partnerships with hospitals, and other key healthcare organizations.Identify customer challenges and align solutions that deliver clinical and economic value.Sales Execution & CoordinationMeet or exceed sales targets through new business acquisition, upselling, and cross-selling.Collaborate with internal teams"”including clinical specialists, marketing, and technical experts"”to support product education and adoption.Oversee pricing strategies and contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with profitability goals and corporate policies.Market Intelligence & ReportingMonitor market dynamics, competitive activity, and customer feedback to refine go-to-market strategies.Deliver accurate forecasts and performance reports to sales leadership to inform strategic decisions.Understand healthcare economics, reimbursement models, and the value analysis committee (VAC) process.Clinical Support case coverage (procedures) for Electrophysiology and Structural HeartParticipate in clinical studiesNew product in-servicing of existing and new accountsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, related field or equivalent healthcare experience required.A minimum of 5 years increasingly responsible experience in cardiac electrophysiology, pacing / defibrillation, and/or structural heart or related industries.Familiarity with catheterization lab and operating room procedures and protocol.Must have comprehensive written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.Must have the ability to concentrate on detail and work independently.Must be able to work effectively with engineers, technical specialists, vendors, and customers to achieve assigned goals; must be capable of coordinating multiple assignments simultaneously and effectively.
