Position : Real Estate Associate (3+ Years) Location : PhiladelphiaWe are working on a direct hiring mandate with a leading AmLaw firm for a Real Estate Associate to join its Philadelphia office. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-value, nationally scoped transactions within a busy and well-established practice.Role Overview: The associate will handle a broad range of commercial real estate matters across the U.S., working closely with a collaborative and high-performing team.Key Responsibilities:Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements and related documentsHandle commercial leasing transactionsSupport real estate financing mattersAssist on real estate development projects and land use matters (preferred)Experience required 3+ years of relevant real estate transactional experienceStrong drafting and negotiation skillsExperience at an AmLaw 100 firm preferredExposure to complex, multi-state transactions is a plusAdditional Details:Location: Philadelphia (hybrid - 3 days in office)Compensation: $245,000 - $270,000 base + full benefits
