The role oversees inventory processes including cycle counting, discrepancy investigation, replenishment optimization, system accuracy, and stock reconciliation, while supporting efficient outbound fulfilment and replenishment operations. The Inventory Manager provides day-to-day leadership to inventory and stock control staff, acts as the escalation point for inventory-related issues, and works closely with inbound, outbound, replenishment, and customer service teams to maintain service level commitments for clients.
