About Us:PMI Perimeter is a proud franchisee within the Property Management Inc ("PMI") system. Opened in 2008, PMI has over 475 locations nationwide, including approximately 10-12 offices in the Atlanta metro area. PMI has been consistently rated #1 by Entrepreneur Magazine. PMI Perimeter was opened in 2020 and we specialize in residential and commercial property management and residential sales. Come and join our team as our exclusive BDM, and work alongside the business owner and Broker, our VP of Property Management, and Assistant Property Manager. Check us out at Compensation: Top performers will earn between $85,000- $110,000 annually (base+commission)Employment Type: Full-Time - Hybrid Rolebased out of Atlanta Metro Area (within a 30 minute drive to Sandy Springs). Mostly working from home, when not networking or meeting with client prospects.Your days will be spent meeting with and prospecting owners of residential rental properties with the goal of helping them understand the power of working with a professional property manager like PMI Perimeter. We also network with "industry adjacent" partners such as Realtors, insurance agents, attorneys, accountants, mortgage brokers and the like. In other words, there are plenty of targets!The Business Development Manager (BDM) at PMI Perimeter is responsible for making great first impressions with potential clients. All new leads and referrals will be introduced to the BDM so that they can ensure that they are a good fit for the company, and to communicate the unique capabilities and outcomes that PMI Perimeter delivers. Over time, the BDM will become a foundation of our most legendary customer success and service stories. The BDM is both a filter that saves the company from taking on misfit clients and a magnet that will attract perfect-fit clients for years to come.Responsibilities:Respond to inbound leads quickly and effectively Execute outbound strategy and continuously develop new relationships with key partnersMeet with, and educate, qualified prospects on our residential management servicesQualify and convert prospects into clients for our service Assist in onboarding new properties Manage a robust and dynamic pipeline within our CRM with current notes and statusesLearn our unique policies and procedures and relevant real estate lawsBuild relationships with prospects and nurture them to create new property management opportunities Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners within the Atlanta MetroNetwork extensively to create business opportunities, including attending industry events, social gatherings, and community events relevant to real estate.The right candidate will possess the following competencies: Responsive, Hungry, and CONFIDENTWorks with a sense of urgencyGreat ListenerClear Communicator (on phone, over email and in person)Consistent PerformanceFast Learner Real Estate license is preferred.
