Quality Assurance Manager

Job OverviewWe are actively seeking a Quality Assurance Manager in Atlanta, GA. This role is responsible for leading manufacturing quality systems, supplier quality oversight, welding and fabrication quality compliance, and ISO 9001 quality program execution.Job ResponsibilitiesLead quality initiatives for a manufacturing facilityDevelop, maintain, and execute the Quality Management System and quality control plans in accordance with ISO 9001 standardsOversee supplier management and supplier quality activitiesConduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality requirementsProvide production quality support across manufacturing operationsLead and manage quality assurance personnelSupport welding and fabrication quality requirements for carbon, stainless, and alloy metal productsMaintain quality system execution and compliance across the facilityJob Requirements6+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environmentTechnical college degree or equivalent work experience in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environmentWorking knowledge of manufacturing quality management systemsWorking knowledge of ISO 9001 standardsExperience developing, maintaining, and executing quality management systems and quality control plansExperience in manufacturing and metal fabrication environmentsHands-on experience with arc welding processesHands-on experience with fabrication of carbon, stainless, and alloy metalsExperience providing production quality supportExperience conducting audits and inspectionsExperience overseeing supplier managementExperience leading quality assurance personnelPreferred SkillsExperience leading quality initiatives in manufacturing facilitiesExperience supporting supplier quality improvement and complianceExperience with welding quality requirements in metal fabrication operationsExperience maintaining quality documentation and procedures in ISO-regulated environmentsExperience managing plant-level quality control programsGRP2Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
