E-commerce, distribution, and channel agreementsClients include leading technology developers, emerging companies, and global enterprises.Key Responsibilities ? Structure, negotiate, and close complex commercial and technology agreements ? Draft and negotiate software licensing, cloud services, and IP agreements ? Support outsourcing, procurement, and digital infrastructure transactions ? Advise on AI/ML, data, and emerging technology agreements ? Conduct IP due diligence for M&A, private equity, and corporate transactions ? Collaborate with cross-office teams on multi-jurisdictional mattersQualifications• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials• 3-5 years of experience in technology transactions or commercial contracting• Experience with software, cloud, IP, and outsourcing agreements• Familiarity with AI/ML, digital assets, payments, or emerging technologies is a plus• Experience conducting IP due diligence in corporate transactions preferred• Strong analytical, drafting, and project management skills• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and offices• Self-starter with strong organizational and communication skillsCompensation & Benefits??
