Clinical Pharmacology Intern - Oncology (PK/PD)

We are seeking a motivated graduate-level intern to support translational PK/PD modeling focused on antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) in oncology.This internship will focus on understanding variability in tumor static concentration (TSC) across ADC programs and improving model-based interpretation of preclinical efficacy data to guide early drug development decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesCurate and analyze in vitro and in vivo preclinical datasetsBuild and standardize PK/PD and xenograft modelsPerform multivariate and model-based analyses to identify drivers of variabilityEvaluate and improve translational modeling strategiesInterpret findings to support early oncology development decisionsPresent results through technical reports and presentations
