Executive Assistant to the Managing PartnerCLE Consulting Firm | Cleveland, OhioPosition OverviewCLE Consulting Firm, a leading accounting, tax, and payroll advisory firm based in Cleveland, Ohio, is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to directly support the Managing Partner. This is not a traditional administrative role, this position operates as a high-impact strategic support function, requiring the ability to manage complex schedules, coordinate high-level business operations, and serve as a key liaison across clients, partners, and community stakeholders.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs, and executes with precision, professionalism, and discretion.Key Responsibilities:Executive & Operational SupportManage and optimize the Managing Partner's daily calendar, including internal meetings, client engagements, and board commitmentsCoordinate all travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and expense trackingServe as the primary point of contact for scheduling and communication with clients, partners, and stakeholdersEnsure seamless day-to-day operations by proactively identifying and addressing administrative needsClient Experience & Relationship ManagementProvide high-level customer service to clients across accounting, tax, and advisory engagementsCoordinate onboarding of new clients and maintain organized client recordsAct as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely communication and deliverablesUphold the firm's standard of excellence in responsiveness, professionalism, and client careTax & Payroll SupportProvide administrative and coordination support for tax preparation and payroll processing workflowsAssist in organizing client documentation, deadlines, and compliance trackingSupport seasonal tax operations with heightened attention to timelines and accuracyCollaborate with internal team members to ensure efficiency in service deliveryBoard & Community Engagement ManagementCoordinate and manage all board-related responsibilities for the Managing Partner, including:Meeting scheduling and logisticsAgenda preparation and document organizationFollow-up communications and action trackingSupport engagement with multiple boards and community organizations, reflecting the Managing Partner's extensive leadership involvement across the region and nationally ()Project & Priority ManagementAssist in managing multiple concurrent priorities, ensuring deadlines are met across business and community initiativesTrack key deliverables and provide regular updates to the Managing PartnerSupport special projects related to business growth, financial literacy initiatives, and client developmentQualificationsBachelor's degree a plus but not required (Business, Accounting, or related field a plus)5-7+ years of administrative or executive support experience (professional services environment preferred)Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skillsExceptional communication and interpersonal abilitiesHigh level of discretion and professionalismProficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling toolsAbility to work independently while maintaining alignment with leadership prioritiesSALARY RANGE$50,000 - $60,000BENEFITS • Competitive Salary• 401(k)• Health, Dental and Vision insurance• Paid time off
