WHAT YOU'LL DOFollow detailed work instructions to assemble electronic box assembliesMaintain detailed records of assembly processes, test results, and any issues encountered during builds.Conduct incoming inspection of mechanical and electrical components for quality, workmanship, and compliance within specificationsAssist with kitting products, as neededOperate a clean and safe work environmentREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS2+ years working in a manufacturing setting (aerospace, electronics, or medical industry is preferred) building electro-mechanical assembliesProficient with common hand tools and power tools such as pliers, wrenches, screwdrivers, multimeters or specialized test equipment.Familiarity with IPC Quality Standards, IPC-610, IPC-620, J-STD and other assembly and inspection standardsExcellent written, verbal, interpersonal and communication skillsAble to pivot quickly between tasks and prioritize simultaneous tasks in a fast-paced environment.Must be a U.S. Citizen due access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilitiesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS3+ years electronics assembly experience Electronic box assembly troubleshooting, and writing detailed issue tickets for failures
