Senior Human Resources Manager ?? Reading, PA (Fully Onsite)If you're an HR leader who prefers being on the floor over behind a desk, this is the kind of role where you can make a real impact.We're partnering with a large, complex operations site supporting a predominantly hourly workforce of ~1,500+ employees. This role sits at the center of the business, working side-by-side with Operations leadership to solve problems in real time, strengthen leadership capability, and elevate the overall employee experience.This is not a purely strategic role, and it's not a corporate HR position. It's hands-on, fast-paced, and highly visible.What You'll Be DoingLead HR for a large, operations-driven site with 3 direct reportsPartner closely with site leadership to drive performance, engagement, and accountabilityServe as the go-to leader for complex employee relations and investigationsBuild strong presence and credibility on the shop floorAssess and develop the HR team to align with operational needsUse data and insights to influence decisions and demonstrate HR impactSupport key areas including performance management, wage analysis, and complianceWhat We're Looking ForHR leadership experience in manufacturing, industrial, or operations environmentsProven success supporting large, predominantly hourly populationsStrong employee relations background with hands-on investigation experienceAbility to build trust and influence at all levels, especially with OperationsExperience in multi-site or large single-site environmentsA practical, business-minded approach to HR, including comfort leveraging tools and technologyThe EnvironmentFully onsite role based in Reading, PAOperations-driven culture that values visibility, responsiveness, and partnershipNon-union manufacturing environmentEarly start schedule aligned with plant operations (7:00/7:30 AM start)Minimal travel; primarily site-basedCompensation & BenefitsBase salary: $130,000 - $150,00015% bonus + long-term incentiveRelocation assistance availableComprehensive benefits packageWhy This RoleThis is an opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership role where HR is expected to be a true business partner.
