Their team is relationship-driven, collaborative, and known for mentoring and developing the next generation of leaders.They are seeking a Superintendent to oversee K-12 and higher education projects between $20M-$50M+, someone who thrives in occupied campus environments and enjoys building lasting relationships with owners, design partners, and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead field operations for both ground-up and renovation education projectsManage day-to-day subcontractor activity, logistics, QA/QC, and progress trackingEnsure strict safety standards in sensitive public/occupied environmentsBuild strong communication with school districts, staff, and campus leadershipDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules, look-aheads, and site plansDrive project milestones and resolve field issues proactivelyMentor and develop Assistant Supers and Field EngineersQualifications5+ years of Superintendent experience with a GC/CMExperience managing education (K-12 or higher ed) projects $20M-$50M+Strong campus coordination experience and comfort working in operational school environmentsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProcore experience preferredCompensation & Benefits$105K-$155K baseAnnual bonus + profit sharingVehicle allowance or company truckHealth benefits, 401(k) with match, PTO, and significant advancement opportunities
