This is a stable, multibillion-dollar company with a clear trajectory. Known for its operational discipline, strong leadership team, and track record of delivering results, they're looking to bring on two Area Managers to lead a key portion of the operations.This is a high-impact, high-visibility leadership role where you'll own a full production area: driving performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost - while leading a team of supervisors and a large hourly workforce.You'll step into a visible leadership position with real ownership, strong internal exposure, and a clear path for growth into broader operations leadership within a large, stable organization.What You'll Be Responsible ForLeading day-to-day operations for a designated production area within a complex manufacturing environmentDriving performance across throughput, on-time delivery, quality, and costManaging key operational metrics including labor utilization, WIP, and production outputLeading and developing a team of frontline supervisors and production employeesPartnering cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and supply chain to improve processesDriving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving toolsSupporting capital projects and equipment improvements to enhance efficiency and capacityWhat We're Looking For8+ years of manufacturing operations experience, with leadership responsibilityStrong background in continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, 6S, etc.)Experience in Aerospace manufacturing or casting experience is a plusBachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required
