Personal Assistant | Peninsula (Onsite) | $120,000-$180,000 + BenefitsA prominent private family is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide high-level support across personal, family, and business priorities. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the family, their Chief of Staff, and Estate Manager, supporting board and advisory work, a family foundation, and household operations. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resilient professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, communicates clearly and directly, and takes feedback constructively.This is primarily an onsite role on the Peninsula. Relocation assistance may be available.ResponsibilitiesManage complex personal and business calendars, appointments, and meetings, including board and advisory commitmentsCoordinate children's schedules, including researching coaches and extracurriculars, managing registrations, and overseeing activitiesProvide administrative support for the family foundationHandle personal errands, shopping, gifting, returns, package management, and home inventorySupport light meal preparation and on-demand errands (coffee runs, meals, etc.)Manage pets' schedules, veterinary appointments, and related logisticsAssist the Chief of Staff with events, interior design projects, and household initiatives as neededPlan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and pre-trip preparationCollaborate closely with household and executive support teams, including housekeepers, nannies, and other staffMaintain the highest level of confidentiality, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented mindset at all timesRequirements5-8 years of relevant Personal Assistant experience supporting high-net-worth individuals or familiesComfortable with high-touch, direct communication and a fast-paced, responsive environmentBachelor's degree strongly preferredMust be located near Atherton, CA, with reliable transportationWillingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, including Europe; prior global travel support experience is a plusHighly organized, proactive, and resilient, with strong problem-solving skills and adaptabilityStrong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with the Chief of Staff, Estate Manager, and household staffCompensation & Benefits$120,000-$180,000, depending on experience, plus benefits and travel opportunities.Relocation assistance may be available.You can use WorkGrades to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose by visiting /home/candidate.
