Outside Sales Representative

The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for selling foundation waterproofing supplies & foundation repair supplies in the home building market. This involves developing relationships with home builders and contractors in the Pittsburgh market and managing accounts through project planning, scheduling, and addressing any challenges. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Responsibilities:Identify and solicit business from new clientsService existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accountsBuild and maintain relationships with current and potential clientsMonitor market trends and volume to focus sales efforts effectivelySubmit activity and results reports to managementResolve customer complaints and provide recommendationsMonitor competition for pricing and product informationComplete bids, estimates, and drawings using proprietary softwareWork closely with administrative staff for accuracy and schedulingTravel to job sites for site readiness and project oversightGenerate new business through cold callingQualifications:2+ years of proven results in sales, degree recommended but not requiredStrong written and oral communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid driver's license and clean driving recordWillingness to travel within the city and surrounding areasComfort working in confined spaces
