Sr. Account Manager - HospitalityThis position requires 6-8 years of hands-on hospitality experience and proven expertise in the corporate sponsorship space, along with a strong understanding of the event planning and guest experience landscape.While motorsports experience is preferred, it is not required. The Senior Account Manager will support senior staff in managing client relationships and serve as an additional day-to-day contact for key corporate accounts. This role is integral to ensuring that every client's hospitality program is executed flawlessly meeting and exceeding expectations at every stage.The ideal candidate will bring strategic thinking, creativity, and operational excellence to develop and deliver results-driven, premium hospitality and marketing programs. Strong organizational skills, a high level of motivation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.This position requires a self-starter who can lead independently, while also collaborating effectively as part of a dynamic, high-performing team.Employee will be responsible for marketing strategy, budget management and activation logistics for each assigned client.Salary requirements must accompany resume.General ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with senior staff in the strategic planning, management, and execution of client hospitality and sponsorship programsServe as a primary day-to-day contact for assigned corporate accounts, ensuring consistent communication and exceptional client serviceDevelop and manage detailed event and activation plans, including budgets, timelines, staffing, and vendor coordinationPrepare and distribute weekly updates on each account to upper managementOversee the implementation of hospitality experiences to ensure flawless execution and adherence to client objectives and brand standardsCollaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to develop innovative, results-driven marketing and hospitality initiativesGeneral Responsibilities (Continued)Prepare and deliver client presentations, reports, and post-event evaluations that demonstrate measurable results and continuous improvementMonitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities within the hospitality, sponsorship, and event sectorsEngage junior account team members for supportSocial support for clients and agencyGeneral support for senior account teamINTERPERSONAL SKILLS:Ability to work independently and proactively, while simultaneously being a team player Excels in time management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and service multiple accountsAbility to build and nurture relationships with clients, vendors and team membersStrong critical thinking, written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented, well organized and quick problem solverStrategic marketing skillsEnergetic and willing to take on any task Ability and desire to learn new skills as needed, and stay up to date on changes and advancements within the marketing landscapeProficient in Microsoft Office programs; experience in administration of major social media platforms is preferredStrong desire to grow and advance within the agency TRAVEL:Employee must be willing to travel on weekends and some holidays (domestic & international).
