Nmble Medical is seeking a dynamic and strategic Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist to support a growing dental organization in Columbus, OH. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building scalable training programs, improving clinical and operational performance, and driving continuous professional development across dental teams.You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing learning initiatives for both clinical and non-clinical staff, helping elevate patient care and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for dental professionals and support staffPartner with leadership to identify skill gaps and align learning strategies with business goalsCreate onboarding programs for new hires, including dentists, hygienists, and administrative staffDevelop e-learning modules, job aids, SOPs, and training materialsFacilitate in-person and virtual training sessionsEvaluate training effectiveness using KPIs, feedback, and performance metricsMaintain a learning management system (LMS) and track employee progressEnsure compliance with industry regulations and continuing education requirementsSupport leadership development and career pathing initiativesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Organizational DevelopmentExperience in healthcare or dental environments strongly preferredStrong instructional design and content development skillsFamiliarity with LMS platforms and e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate)Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and adapt in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting multi-site healthcare or dental organizationsKnowledge of compliance training (OSHA, HIPAA, etc.)Certification in instructional design, coaching, or L&D (e.g., ATD, CPTD)
