In February 2025, Urban Pace entered into a strategic partnership with Polaris Pacific, the leading west coast new home sales, marketing, and research company, to further expand regional reach across the US while continuing to provide best-in-class service to premier new home developers. Urban Pace is seeking a Marketing Associate to coordinate marketing efforts across a portfolio of rental and for-sale development projects and to support the Executive Team in executing client services and new business initiatives. This is a hybrid role based in Washington, DC, with a combination of in-office and remote work.The Marketing Associate will be responsible for managing Urban Pace's corporate digital presence, including social media, website content, and email marketing campaigns. This role will lead content development and execution across these channels to ensure consistent brand voice and performance. Responsibilities also include preparing weekly and monthly marketing reports, coordinating photography and videography, copywriting, executing email campaigns, managing the lead database, and overseeing creative development with third-party creative firms and advertising agencies.The role will serve as the primary owner of Urban Pace's corporate marketing platforms, ensuring content is current, aligned with brand standards, and optimized for engagement and conversion. In addition, the Marketing Associate will take on project management responsibilities for both rental projects and select for-sale developments, acting as the day-to-day liaison between internal teams, clients, and external vendors.This individual will manage smaller-scale projects with direct client interaction and increasing ownership of timelines, deliverables, and marketing strategy execution. The Marketing Associate will also assist the Director of Marketing with accounting-related processes.RESPONSIBILITIESMarketing Plans - Assist in preparing and executing project specific marketing plans, budgets, and media schedulesWork with Project Executives, Director of Marketing and Onsite Sales Team to execute comprehensive, strategic and compelling marketing campaigns to attract and engage target audiences to drive sales/leasing efforts Manage property marketing brochures, collateral, websites, social media channels and advertisingUpdate and manage corporate social media channels - maintaining a content calendarHelp oversee the creation of sales/marketing collateral, branded lender/pricing sheets, and signage in conjunction with our creative agencies. Develop, execute and occasionally staff broker outreach, broker events and general public eventsManage the design and implementation of property marketing tour deliverables, including onsite graphics, presentation boards, signage and onsite marketing centersContinually monitor analytics for eblast campaigns, advertising outreach, social media channels and website traffic, and provide guidance for improving metricsContinually evaluate marketing plans and budgets to ensure goals and objectives are consistently being met at the highest levelEngage with clients via phone, email, and at in-person and virtual meetings and at occasional property eventsFacilitate communications between creative partners, vendors, clients, and Urban Pace on project creative deliverablesPlan and assist in the execution of all web, SEO/SEM, social media advertising campaignsManage digital marketing & social media content, including Google AdWords and Meta Ad CampaignsIdentify trends and insights, and optimize ad budgets and content performance based on the insightsMonitor and maintain tags and platform migrationsUpdate and maintain CMS for Urban Pace website and project websitesCoordinate photography/videography/floor plan measurements of projectsCoordinate staging of projectsAssist in communication with the sales and leasing teamsManage marketing vendors, i.e. printers, sign companies, catering companies, etc.Conduct company, client, industry, competitor, and other research and analysis to assist managers with business development efforts as well as other marketing reportsCoordinate with the accounting team on billable and non-billable marketing invoices to ensure that marketing charges are corrected attributed to individual projects.Submit properly coded marketing expenses to accounting in a timely mannerDevelop and execute Production Calendar -showing all Urban Pace placements Maintain and update property launch checklistsWork with Urban Pace operations and IT to procure new project phone numbers, email address, and URLsREQUIREMENTSBachelor's Degree; Marketing, communications or related field of study preferred3-5 years or marketing experience General knowledge of the Washington, DC real estate market and surrounding submarkets Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and experience with email marketing tools and CRMsExperience with Google AdWords and Analytics and Facebook Ad Campaigns Must possess strong collaboration skills, be able to work under direct supervision as a team member, as well as be able to work independentlyProven record of providing excellent internal and external customer serviceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsEffective listening and critical thinking skillsSelf-starter with the ability to take initiative, manage multiple priorities, and drive projects forward with minimal oversightSALARY AND BENEFITS SalaryFull-Time, Salaried PositionSalary: $60,000-$70,000 annually, commensurate with experienceBenefits PTO / 401(k) / Health Insurance JOB LOCATIONDowntown Washington, DC (14th Street Corridor) or Arlington, VA (Ballston) with Hybrid Work Environment Equal Opportunity Employer
