This is a true field sales role focused on hunting new business, prospecting, and closing accounts within the light industrial, construction, and general labor staffing space.If you thrive on building relationships, winning new clients, and controlling your income through performance, this is a strong opportunity.What You'll Do:Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, in-person visits, and networkingBuild and maintain relationships with decision-makers in construction, industrial, and warehouse environmentsIdentify client staffing needs and present tailored workforce solutionsManage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing accountsDevelop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leadsCollaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure successful placementsWhat We're Looking For:1+ years of outside sales, B2B sales, or business development experience preferredStrong hunter mentality with a focus on new business acquisitionComfortable with high-volume prospecting and face-to-face client interactionsSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitiveExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently in a field-based roleCompensation & Benefits:Base salary: $50,000 - $60,000Uncapped commission structureMileage reimbursement or car allowance (if applicable)Opportunity for career growth within a growing organizationWhy HireQuest?
