Lead Software Engineer-People ManagerAbout the role As Engineering Lead for NeoID"”You will lead and manage a small team of engineers, fostering their growth and ensuring delivery excellence. You'll have the opportunity to work with industry standard protocols such as OAuth2, OIDC and SAML, as well as healthcare's SMART on FHIR and EHR integrations.About the team- This team is entrusted with building Elsevier's next-generation Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform. It is building and evolving the authentication and authorization backbone for Elsevier's global products. Its mission is to provide a brand new IAM platform will enable next generation Authorization and Authentication for ALL Elsevier productsQualificationsCurrent "hands on development" experience as a People Manager of Software Engineers and/or Security Engineering professionals.Current Experience with Java/J2EE, JavaScript/Typescript, and related technologiesFamiliarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)Have current hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure management.
