Product Information Management (PIM) Specialist

At SoundPro, we are hiring a person, not a position.We are looking for a Product Information Management (PIM) Specialist to join our eCommerce team. Knowledge of professional audio, video, and lighting equipment is a plus.This is a full-time, in-person role based in Irving, TX, rolling up into our marketing team. What You Will DoManage product content resources, delivery channels, and data quality across our catalog. Collaborate vendor partners as well as multiple teams internally to complete and migrate product data, technical data, marketing data, and digital assets into our PIM system. Provide application troubleshooting and problem resolution to internal and external contacts. Identify and bring forward opportunities to leverage the PIM application to improve business processes and drive efficiency across the organization.What You BringAt least two years of experience in an administrative, data, or eCommerce-related role. Positive attitude and strong attention to detail. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Excel, Access, and ERP systems. Ability to analyze and solve problems in an efficient and methodical manner. Enthusiasm for new technology and a continuous improvement mindset.
