Talent Acquisition Sourcer (Contract)Location: Denver, CO (Downtown - Onsite 5 days/week)Pay: Up to $30/hourSchedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week (flex start between 7:00-9:00 AM MT)Contract Length: Short-term (approx. 3 months)About the OpportunityLakeshore Talent is partnering with a leading global organization to hire a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support a high-volume hiring initiative tied to growth in personal mobility and data center projects. This is a short-term, fully onsite contract role supporting a fast-paced corporate recruiting team.This position is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in sourcing, enjoys high-volume requisition loads, and has experience supporting technical or industrial hiring.Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates across a variety of roles including engineering, operations, finance, HR, marketing, sales, IT, and product managementManage sourcing efforts for 10-25 open positions simultaneouslyProactively engage passive candidates through LinkedIn and other sourcing toolsReview resumes and applications within the ATSConduct 30-45 minute phone screens to assess candidate alignmentDocument and present candidate summaries and screening notes to the internal TA team for reviewPartner closely with the recruiting team to support hiring needs across multiple departmentsQualifications3-4+ years of talent acquisition experience with a strong focus on sourcing and screeningExperience recruiting for technical or professional roles within manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or operations environments requiredBackground in both agency and corporate/in-house recruiting preferredProven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a high-volume environmentStrong communication skills and ability to effectively assess candidate fitComfortable working onsite in a collaborative team settingAdditional DetailsFully onsite role (no remote flexibility)Parking not provided; Lakeshore offers up to $150/month transportation reimbursement if neededReports to the internal Talent Acquisition team; primary point of contact is the hiring manager leading sourcing effortsInterview process includes virtual interviews with potential onsite follow-upBackground check and drug screen (excluding THC) requiredWhy ApplyOpportunity to support a large-scale hiring initiative with a well-established organizationFast-paced, collaborative recruiting environmentGreat fit for recruiters who enjoy sourcing and making an immediate impact
