Lab Core Engineer

Job Title: Lab Core EngineerLocation: Fremont, California 94555 Duration: 6 Month (s) with multiple extensionsPay Range : $50/hr - $59/hr on W2 Key Responsibilities:Support daily lab operations, including coordination with facilities, shipping/logistics, and safety teamsManage and coordinate the shipment of devices and equipment to and from labsServe as a point of contact to ensure smooth communication across operational partnersAssist with hands on lab activities, including working with circuits, devices, and engineering toolsProvide organizational and coordination support to engineering and lab teamsQualifications: Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in the industryProficiency in electronic circuit design, schematic capture, and PCB layoutExperience with chip-level failure analysis techniques and troubleshooting Hands-on expertise with test & measurement equipment: spectrum analyzers, digital oscilloscopes, and soldering/rework systemsWorking knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and experience with model training, evaluation, and deploymentStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detailDexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
