Bringing together strategic insight and technical horsepower to deliver outcomes that endure.The Position: We are seeking a Procurement Sourcing Specialist - Power Generation and Electrical to assist with the execution of global sourcing and supply chain strategy for Power Generation and Electrical Equipment Procurement for OFCI data center builds. This role supports end-to-end category management across sourcing, contracting, supplier performance, and capacity planning, supporting large-scale, multi-site data center expansion programs.This role supports a significant, multi-billion-dollar category portfolio, requiring commercial rigor, scalable supplier strategies, and disciplined spend governance. The ideal candidate brings experience in data center procurement, and complex, high-growth supply chain environments, with the ability to integrate Integrated Business Planning (IBP) into category strategies and supplier engagement models.Key ResponsibilitiesCategory Strategy & SourcingAssist the Power Generation and Electrical Senior Manager to drive the sourcing and procurement strategy for power generation and gray space categories (generators, transformers, switchgear, turbines, and related services)Support the full source-to-contract lifecycle, including:Category market intelligence and supplier landscape analysisSourcing strategy development and RFI/RFP/RFQ executionCommercial negotiations and contract structuringContract execution and lifecycle managementMaintain category market intelligence on capacity constraints, technology evolution, cost drivers, and sustainability/regulatory trends impacting power systemsIBP Integration & Supply PlanningIntegrate Integrated Business Planning (IBP) inputs into category strategies, supplier capacity planning, and sourcing decisionsTranslate demand forecasts, build schedules, and deployment timelines into supplier capacity commitments and executable supply plansPartner with construction, engineering, and program management teams to ensure sourcing strategies support on-time and on-budget data center deliverySupplier Performance & Partnership ManagementTrack and report KPIs for category performance (savings, cost-avoidance, on-time delivery, quality, and supplier performance), driving continuous improvement initiativesPartner with internal stakeholders to standardize specifications and preferred vendors Develop and manage strategic supplier partnerships to support scale, innovation, and long-term capacity requirementsIdentify and mitigate supply, execution, and capacity risks, including long lead-time constraints, regional dependencies, and market volatilitySpend Analytics & GovernanceSupport category analyst on category spend analytics, forecasting, and cost modeling to drive financial discipline and value realizationMonitor spend performance against budgets, forecasts, and contractual commitmentsDrive continuous improvement across sourcing, contracting, supplier performance, and category governance processesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree required, with a preference for Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field4+ years of experience in category management, strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain leadershipStrong analytical, stakeholder-management, and communication skills, with the ability to work across engineering, construction, operations, and financeFamiliarity with data center electrical equipment and services, particularly within OFCI delivery modelsDemonstrated experience with enterprise-scale source-to-contract processesExperience integrating IBP, demand planning, and supply planning into category and supplier strategiesTrack record of success in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environmentsPreferred QualificationsCategory management or supply chain certifications (e.g., CPSM, CSCP, CPM, CIPS, or equivalent)Familiarity with OFCI contracting structures and commercial negotiationsExperience working in matrixed, multi-entity, or global organizations
