Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations for a growing organization. This role will handle core bookkeeping functions, help keep financial records accurate and up to date, and work closely with the accounting/finance team to support month-end close and reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily bookkeeping activities including AP, AR, and general ledgerProcess invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and on timePerform bank and credit card reconciliationsSupport month-end and year-end close, including journal entriesMaintain organized and audit-ready financial recordsAssist with payroll coordination and related reconciliationsPrepare basic financial reports and summaries as neededRespond to internal accounting questions and support ad hoc projectsQualifications3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping or accounting experienceStrong understanding of debits/credits and general ledger accountingExperience with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)Comfortable working with Excel (pivot tables a plus)High attention to detail with strong time-management skillsAble to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
