Junior Procurement Analyst

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in procurement and sourcing activities for goods and servicesAnalyze purchase data, pricing, and vendor performanceSupport the preparation of purchase orders (POs) and track order statusMaintain and update supplier databases and procurement recordsCoordinate with internal teams (finance, operations, logistics)Compare vendor quotes and support cost optimization initiativesMonitor inventory levels and assist in demand planningEnsure compliance with company procurement policies and proceduresPrepare reports and dashboards for procurement metrics (cost savings, supplier performance, etc.)??
