Role: Senior TechnicianLocation: Palo Alto, CA / San Diego, CA (Onsite)Shift timings: 7AM ~2PM/ 2PM~10PM/10PM ~7AMType: ContractJob Description detailsGeneral requirements for day-to-day supportDocking and Undocking: Mechanically interfacing the ATE tester with HandlersLoadboard/DIB Installation: Carefully installing the Device Interface Boards (DIBs), ensuring pogo-pin alignment is perfect to avoid "crushed pins" or poor contact.Change-over: Swapping out "kits" (sockets, stiffeners, and plungers) when transitioning the line from testing one SoC model to another.Continuity/Isolations Checks. Load board debug and validation.Pin/Socket Repair: Work with vendors to handle maintenance and repair.Tester Calibration: Running diagnostic routines and calibration to maintain system up time.Running Test Plan for the day. Load program and test parts as directed by the ATE Engineer to collect data for performance reviews.Support Shipping and Receiving Equipment
