SAP RTRNote - Its Contract to Hire and we need only GC / USCJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced SAP RTR (Record to Report) Consultant to support and enhance enterprise finance processes within SAP environments. The consultant will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP Finance solutions including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Financial Closing, and Reporting processes in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise in SAP Finance modules, end-to-end RTR business processes, financial reporting, and integration with other SAP modules.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business requirements related to Record-to-Report (RTR/R2R) processes.Configure and support SAP FI/CO modules including:General Ledger (GL)Accounts Payable (AP)Accounts Receivable (AR)Asset Accounting (AA)Bank AccountingCost Center AccountingProfit Center AccountingSupport month-end and year-end financial closing activities.Work on SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, upgrades, and support projects.Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical teams.Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers for custom enhancements.Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.Support financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit compliance requirements.Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.Participate in data migration and finance transformation initiatives.Ensure integration with MM, SD, Procurement, Treasury, and other SAP modules.Required SkillsStrong experience in SAP RTR / R2R processes.Hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO configuration.Experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA Finance.Knowledge of:General Ledger AccountingAP/ARFixed AssetsFinancial ClosingIntercompany AccountingBank ReconciliationUnderstanding of finance business processes and accounting principles.Experience with SAP reporting tools and financial statements.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Preferred SkillsExperience with:SAP Central FinanceGroup ReportingCOPAProduct CostingBlackLine / TrintechFiori AppsSAP certification in SAP FI/CO or SAP S/4HANA Finance.Experience in global implementation or rollout projects.Knowledge of integration with tax and compliance systems.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.9+ years of SAP Finance / RTR experience.Experience working in Agile or Waterfall delivery models.
