About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Scrum Master II to lead Agile delivery within a dynamic, large-scale enterprise environment. In this role, you will manage development sprints end-to-end, facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove blockers, and drive continuous improvement across teams.You will collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver innovative digital solutions, particularly within a high-impact Loyalty Product team supporting a global mobile application used by millions of customers?? Key ResponsibilitiesLead Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, RetrospectivesManage sprint execution from planning to deliveryIdentify and remove blockers to ensure smooth team progressPartner with Product Managers on roadmap, backlog, and delivery trackingDrive Agile best practices across teams and organizationRepresent team progress, risks, and milestones to stakeholdersSupport Release Train Engineer (RTE) in managing dependencies and flowTrack deliverables against Program Increment (PI) commitments?? Coaching & LeadershipCoach teams on Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) principlesImprove team performance through mentoring and guidanceCollaborate with Product Owners on backlog managementEncourage DevOps, engineering excellence, and innovationFacilitate cross-team collaboration and decision-making?? Required Qualifications7+ years of IT experience4+ years of Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)4+ years working with product & delivery teamsExperience with tools like JIRA, ConfluenceExposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills? Preferred QualificationsCertifications: CSM, CSP, PMI-ACP, SAFe (Agilist or Scrum Master)Experience working on Agile Release TrainsBackground in large, matrixed organizationsStrong facilitation and stakeholder management skillsExperience in digital/mobile product environments??
