Manager, Global FP&A

We're partnering with a high-growth global business, focused on renewable and clean energy and critical mineral cultivation, to find a standout finance leader for a newly created Manager of Global FP&A role! A genuine ground-floor opportunity to design and build the company's first standalone FP&A function from scratch, with direct exposure to the CFO and senior executive team.This is not a maintenance role! You'll architect a global, centralized FP&A function, including a Centre of Excellence "” set the reporting and forecasting infrastructure, and become the analytical engine behind strategic and capital allocation decisions across a complex, multi-entity international business.What you'll ownDesign and lead the build-out of a new global FP&A organization and Centre of ExcellenceDrive the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planningConsolidate and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual results across global operations; own variance analysis and root cause identificationBuild and maintain sophisticated financial models supporting growth initiatives, M&A, capital investments, and cost optimizationDevelop executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and FP&A templates that standardize and automate reporting across a diverse project and services portfolioPartner with executive leadership to evaluate strategic opportunities and provide clear, actionable recommendationsCollaborate with Accounting to ensure timely and accurate financial reportingInfluence cross-functional stakeholders "” translating complex financial data into clear narratives for non-finance audiencesWhat we're looking forBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field "” MBA or CPA preferred5-7+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, with demonstrated depth in both hands-on modelling and strategic analysisIn-depth experience operating in global, multi-entity environments "” you've owned consolidations and reporting across multiple countries, not just supported them1-3+ years in a leadership or management capacityProven track record building or scaling FP&A functions in high-growth settingsM&A experience (transaction execution and/or post-deal integration) strongly valuedAdvanced Excel skills are essential; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plusProficiency with ERP and planning platforms (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, Adaptive, Anaplan); experience with OneStream or involvement in a financial reporting system implementation is a significant plusStrong verbal and written communication skills! You will present to the C-suite and Board of Directors with confidence and clarityExperience in a PE-backed environment is a plus, but not a requirementComfortable with light domestic travel (~1x/month) and occasional international travelInterested or know someone who might be?
