This role focuses on researching deductions, processing credit memos, and resolving customer account discrepancies.Responsibilities:Review and resolve customer deductionsProcess and validate credit memosResearch discrepancies using internal records and shipping dataEnter and track deduction data in systemsCommunicate with customers and internal teamsManage supporting documentation and customer inquiriesRequirements:Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAnalytical/problem-solving abilitiesComfortable working across multiple systems and portalsExcel proficiency and spreadsheet experienceStrong communication and customer service skillsExperience with reconciliations, returns, or credit memos preferredAbility to manage high-volume work and deadlinesNice to Have:SAP or ERP experienceDeduction resolution experienceLogistics, order tracking, or retailer portal exposure
