Schedule & Work Environment1 day per week on-site in our officeOur small but growing oil & gas client is seeking an experienced Fractional Controller to oversee high-level financial operations and ensure their accounting foundation stays strong and compliant. This part-time role is ideal for a seasoned finance professional who enjoys autonomy, precision, and meaningful impact without a full-time commitment.What You'll Do:Manage and maintain balance sheets, financial statements, and monthly reportingServe as the primary financial liaison with banks, lenders, and external partnersOversee general liability insurance renewals, ensuring accurate coverage and timely submissionsReview and strengthen internal accounting processes and controlsSupport leadership with financial insights, cash flow visibility, and risk managementProvide guidance on compliance, budgeting, and long-term financial planningRequirements:10+ years of progressive accounting or controller experience (oil & gas preferred)Strong understanding of financial reporting, banking relationships, and insurance requirementsCPA required
