This is a great opportunity for a customer service professional looking to expand their experience in a fast-paced corporate environment while working closely with internal teams and external clients.Job Description:Our client is seeking a polished and detail-oriented Client Service Specialist to provide high-level customer support and administrative assistance. This role requires someone who can confidently manage client inquiries, resolve moderately complex service issues, and maintain strong attention to detail while delivering exceptional customer experiences.This position is ideal for someone with prior corporate client service experience who is ready to take the next step in their career.Key Responsibilities:Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and written communication in a professional and timely mannerInvestigate and resolve customer concerns related to payment processing, account activity, and technical service issuesAccurately document all customer interactions and maintain organized client recordsProcess account updates, new client setup documentation, and related administrative requestsCoordinate with internal departments including accounting and operations to resolve client issues efficientlyAssist with troubleshooting payment transaction discrepancies, processing errors, and related service concernsMonitor and manage service requests through internal ticketing platformsSupport office operations including supply coordination, guest reception, and fulfillment of client materialsConfigure and support POS terminal setup as neededIdentify opportunities to proactively address client needs during interactionsQualifications:2+ years of corporate client service or high-level customer support experienceStrong communication and active listening skillsAbility to remain composed and solution-focused under pressureExcellent attention to detail and strong follow-throughNaturally curious with strong problem-solving instinctsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelExperience working within CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platformsExposure to payment processing, transaction workflows, or chargeback resolution is highly preferredProfessional, patient, and customer-focused approachAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
