Job Title: eDiscovery CoordinatorLocation: Houston, TX 77002 (Onsite role)Duration: 3 months contract to start Pay-rate: $30-33/hr. Client: Energy CompanyRole Overview:Seeking an eDiscovery Case Coordinator to support company matters and grow into an eDiscovery Project Manager (eDPM) role. The candidate will shadow experienced eDPMs, gain hands-on exposure to workflows, and support multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Support daily eDiscovery tasks across multiple matters with guidanceCoordinate with attorneys, vendors, and internal teams (collections, processing, review, production)Track deadlines, deliverables, and matter status (trackers, spreadsheets)Maintain timelines, task lists, and status reportsMonitor processing, review progress, and production schedules; escalate risksPerform basic QC checks on data and productionsMaintain documentation (decision logs, production logs, chain of custody)Provide status updates and flag issues clearlyTroubleshoot basic workflow issues and escalate when neededFollow and support consistent, defensible eDiscovery workflowsRequired Qualifications:3 years' experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, legal ops, or legal technologyBasic understanding of the eDiscovery lifecycle (collection, processing, review, production)Experience working with attorneys and/or vendorsFamiliarity with Relativity, RelativityOne, or similar review platformsStrong organization and attention to detailAbility to multitask and work under pressureStrong written and verbal communication skillsIntermediate Excel skills (trackers, logs, reports)Preferred Qualifications:Experience with RelativityOne and/or Nuix DiscoverAbility to run basic searches, reports, and exports (or willingness to learn)Familiarity with AI tools and prompt writingExperience supporting multiple matters in fast-paced environmentsExposure to ESI protocols, protective orders, and production specsExposure to data processing workflows and exception handlingDexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
