Purchasing Assistant

About the Role This is a full-time, on-site Purchasing Assistant role based in City of Industry, CA. The role requires a detail-oriented and efficient individual who supports the company's procurement goals and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with creating and processing purchase ordersReview purchase requests for accuracy and completenessCommunicate with vendors regarding pricing, order status, and delivery schedulesTrack orders and follow up on shipments to ensure timely deliveryMaintain purchasing records and documentationSupport vendor price comparisons and basic cost analysisCoordinate with internal departments to support purchasing needsProvide general administrative support to the purchasing teamQualificationsBachelor degree and above0-2 years of experience in purchasing, administrative support, or a related fieldBasic understanding of purchasing or office processes preferredProficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and learn in a fast-paced environmentERP system experience is a plus, but not requiredBilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese preferredCompensation & Benefits$25.04 - $28.04 per hour, with final offer will depend on experience and qualifications, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.Equal Employment Opportunity StatementWe are an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
