We're reinventing the starting line for homeownership, and our Sales team sets the tone for everything that follows.We're hiring a motivated and resilient Founding Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in San Francisco. This is a 5-days a week, in-office, hands-on and performance-oriented role. You'll spend your days reaching out to prospective homeowners, following up consistently, and building real momentum in the funnel. Success in this role comes from discipline, follow-through, and a willingness to put in the reps.This is an in-person role based in our San Francisco office.What You'll DoAs a Founding SDR, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective Jubilee customers. Your role is to spark conversations, build trust, and qualify leads for our Account Executives.Engage inbound leads via phone, text, email, and chatMake 70-100 outbound calls per day to ensure every inbound lead is contacted quickly and consistentlyRespond quickly to customer inquiries and schedule consultationsQualify prospective customers and identify strong-fit leadsClearly and confidently explain the basics of Jubilee's programMaintain accurate notes and data in our CRMCollaborate closely with Account Executives and the broader teamContinuously improve messaging and outreach based on customer feedbackLearn the fundamentals of consultative sales in a high-value D2C environmentYou'll gain exposure to the full sales cycle and develop the foundation to grow into an Account Executive role.What You'll Bring0-2 years of work experience (sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, internships, or campus leadership all count)Strong verbal and written communication skillsComfort speaking on the phone and engaging new peopleA growth mindset and eagerness to receive coaching and feedbackHigh level of organization and attention to detailCuriosity about real estate, personal finance, or startupsBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceAbility to commute to our San Francisco officeWhat Makes You Stand OutExperience in a customer-facing roleExperience working toward goals or performance targetsInterest in real estate or financial servicesA desire to build a long-term career in salesWhat You'll GainHands-on sales training in a mission-driven startupClear path to Account Executive and beyondExposure to real estate and financial educationCompetitive base salary Full health benefits (medical, dental, vision)Company laptopA smart, ambitious, and collaborative teamThis role will initially have a fixed salary $75K-$90K depending on experience level.
