Production Supervisor - 2nd ShiftLocation: Oak Creek, WISalary: $90,000/yearAbout the Role:We are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead 3rd-shift operations in a high-speed food manufacturing facility. This role oversees a team of 50-100 associates, ensuring efficient production, safety compliance, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead, train, and motivate production associates to achieve performance and quality targets.Enforce health, safety, and food safety regulations (OSHA, GMP, SQF, HACCP, FDA).Monitor and optimize production efficiency, OEE, and yield performance.Drive continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen principles.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Maintenance, HR) to resolve operational issues.Conduct performance reviews, manage employee relations, and ensure policy compliance.Maintain accurate records of production data, employee attendance, and safety incidents.Qualifications:2-3 years of experience in manufacturing or production supervision (food industry preferred).Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, process improvement, and safety protocols.Ability to work 3rd shift and stand for extended periods in a manufacturing environment.Preferred Skills:ERP system experience (a plus).Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred).HACCP or First Aid certification (a plus).Why Join Us:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to lead a high-performing team in a growing food production company.Training and career development in continuous improvement and leadership.
