They are seeking a Supply Chain Project Leader to drive large-scale, strategic supply chain and manufacturing transformation initiatives. This role partners closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to lead complex, end-to-end projects that shape the future of a global manufacturing network.The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of strategic thinking, execution discipline, and change leadership in highly regulated, matrixed environments.Job DescriptionAs the Supply Chain Project Leader, you will lead complex, cross-functional manufacturing and supply chain transformation projects from initial scope through execution and closeout.Responsibilities IncludeServe as the project lead for strategic and complex manufacturing and supply chain transition initiatives with global, cross-functional teamsDefine project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, resources, and milestones in partnership with senior leadershipOwn end-to-end project execution, including stage-gate preparation and decision-making supportEnsure delivery of project outcomes while managing cost, schedule, quality, resource planning, and compliance with corporate policies and standardsMaintain and actively manage RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) logs across all initiatives, proactively escalating critical risks as neededAct as the primary escalation point for functional and cross-functional project challengesContinuously improve project methodologies, standards, and tools; train and coach stakeholders on effective execution practicesProvide structured support to leaders and teams through organizational and operational transitions, recognizing both business and change management impactsManage project governance, reporting, and documentation to ensure transparency and accuracyDrive adherence to "” and continuous improvement of "” enterprise processes, systems, standards, and project management toolsQualificationsRequiredProven experience leading strategic, complex projects within large-scale manufacturing, supply chain, or corporate transformation environmentsDemonstrated ability to own outcomes with a strong delivery and execution mindsetAbility to connect enterprise-level strategy with detailed execution planning, including dependencies and risk managementStrong financial acumen with experience aligning operational execution to financial objectives and value realizationExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teamsProven change management capabilities and experience leading teams through transformation in evolving environmentsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related fieldProficiency with Microsoft Office tools, Power BI, and SAPPreferredMaster's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related disciplineProject management or continuous improvement certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC Black Belt), or Agile/Scrum MasterExperience working within global manufacturing networks or highly regulated industrial environmentsBenefitsDahl Consulting is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees that will allow you to choose the best coverage to meet your family's needs.
