Responsibilities include assisting customers with personalized jewelry selection, providing excellent support through effective communication, and ensuring client satisfaction at every step. The role also involves promoting and managing sales, conducting product demonstrations, and educating customers as necessary. Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining and showcasing the store's exquisite collections while fostering long-term client relationships.QualificationsExcellent Communication in both English and SpanishCustomer Service skills to actively listen, respond, and build rapport with customersProficiency in Sales, including the ability to achieve targets, upsell, and maintain digital recordsStrong interpersonal skills, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for fine jewelryPrevious experience in luxury retail or jewelry salesAbility to work effectively in a collaborative, client-focused environmentScheduleTuesday - Saturday 10am-6:30pmPayHourly + Commission + Bonuses + Retirement + Partial Healthcare
