Employees at Felina are part of a collaborative, innovative, and fast-paced environment that values creativity and excellence.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA, for a Sales Coordinator- Apparel Wholesale. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing customer accounts, assisting with order entry, and tracking sales processes. Coordinating and shipping garment samples for customer-specific requirements, presentations and photoshoots. This includes providing excellent customer service, coordinating logistics, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and external clients. The role requires managing and updating sales reports, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating the efficient operation of sales functions while adhering to organizational goals and deadlines.Annual Salary range DOE $50k-$60kKey ResponsibilitiesProcess and manage all sales orders from entry through fulfillment, ensuring absolute accuracy in pricing, quantities, delivery windows, and customer requirementsTrack orders end-to-end, monitoring production, shipping, invoicing, and delivery statusMaintain and reconcile order data across internal systems, sales tools, and customer documentationServe as an operational liaison between Sales Management, Production, Shipping, Finance, and Customer ServicePrepare sales reports, order summaries, and forecasts for Sales leadershipIdentify discrepancies, errors, or risks in orders or timelines and proactively resolve issues before escalationMaintain up-to-date records on accounts, styles, pricing agreements, and seasonal programsSupport sales meetings, line reviews, and key account presentations with accurate data and materialsEnsure compliance with internal processes and customer-specific requirementsCoordinate and ship garment samples for customer presentations, photoshoots, customer sending, and organizing with internal teamsQualificationsSales Coordination and Sales Operations skills, including strong organizational abilities and the capacity to process orders accurately and efficiently.Customer Service and Communication abilities, with a focus on professional, clear, and responsive client interaction.Knowledge of Sales processes and experience working in a similar sales or wholesale environment in fast pace environmentProficiency in common office software with excellent written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented, with strong time management and problem-solving and strong organizational skillsProficiency in Excel and order management/ ERP systems ( ABS, NetSuite or similar)Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Experience in the apparel or fashion industry is a plus.Preferred ExperienceExperience in apparel or fashion wholesaleFamiliarity with seasonal selling cycles, production timelines, and delivery windowsExperience supporting senior sales leadership or key accountsFamiliarity with retail math
