MPATHIK combines expertise with empathy to make a difference in healthcare marketing.Role DescriptionOverviewThe Account Supervisor, in partnership with the Account Director, will be responsible for the strategic thinking, and management of multiple clients and brands. This includes end-to-end support on development, execution, delivery of all deliverables. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with your clients to deliver high quality work and organically grow the business. People who exceed in this role are highly empathetic, patient, warm, thoughtful, organized, and excellent communicators.ResponsibilitiesManage MPATHIK Client relationshipsServes as a day-to-day point of contact for Clients to ensure timely communication and project updatesBuilds and maintains positive, professional working relationships with ClientsFacilitates open communication to develop a trusting relationship with Clients to deliver the highest quality workSupports efforts in identifying opportunities to expand business by recognizing client needs and sharing with Account DirectorTravel to client as necessary to support relationship building and ensure smooth project executionFacilitates Project Development and ExecutionManages day-to-day workflow across internal teams, partner vendors, Clients, and client MLR teams to ensure smooth project executionEnsures project briefs are accurate, detailed, and approved by Clients, including clearly defined objectives and deliverable goalsProvides clear direction to internal teams and reviews deliverables to confirm alignment with project objectives and client expectationsPartners with Account Director to assess resource needs and support efficient project managementIdentifies potential project risks or conflicts early and works with Account Director to address concerns proactivelyActively participates in strategy and planning meetings, status calls, financial tracking, partner agency coordination, and project-level reporting as directedFinancial Management of Client ProjectsAssists with forecasting, accruals, and invoicing in alignment with internal and client processesMonitors project budgets and tracks expenses to help ensure deliverables are executed on time and within budgetProvides regular financial updates to Account Director to support overall account financial healthBuilds and Applies Critical KnowledgeDevelops and maintains a strong understanding of each client's business and brand objectivesBuilds knowledge of and demonstrates empathy for the disease states we supportStays up to date on industry trends and the rare disease/patient engagement space to help inform recommendations and team discussionsSupports patient and content strategy by translating patient/caregiver insights into programs and materials in collaboration with Account DirectorSupports Operations and ProcessesHelps ensure established processes are followed across projects to support workflow efficiency as the business growsActs as a client service advocate by encouraging cross-functional collaboration and consistent adherence to agency SOPsMaintains a working knowledge of processes related to Adverse Event (AE) Reporting, including:Completing training on client-specific SOPs and reporting requirementsEnsuring internal teams understand and follow client-specific requirementsSupporting the reporting of Adverse Events (AE) as needed, escalating to Account Director when appropriateCore Competences + QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent plus 5+ years of relevant industry experience in Advertising or Interactive/Professional Services.Previous project management and project planning experience (2+ years)Ability to collaborate closely with others in a team environment under tight deadlinesOutstanding communication skillsOutstanding organizational skillsAbility to follow and manage the creative workflow processesAbility to manage projects through a diverse group of people and personalities Detail-orientedAbility to manage multiple projects to deadlinesProficiency in Apple OSX and Windows platforms, including MS Outlook and MS WordSalary Range: $95k-115k
