Senior Product Manager SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with a strong technical foundation to drive product strategy and execution across our direct-to-consumer and B2B e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate combines hands-on software development experience with proven product management expertise, enabling them to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex market needs into actionable product roadmaps while managing cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Roadmap DevelopmentDefine and own the strategic product roadmap for both DTC and B2B e-commerce channels, aligning initiatives with company objectives and market opportunitiesConduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify product opportunities and validate assumptionsDevelop and communicate product vision and strategy to executive leadership and cross-functional teamsBalance short-term wins with long-term strategic initiatives to drive sustainable growthPrioritization & PlanningEstablish and maintain a data-driven prioritization framework to evaluate and sequence product initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibilityLead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning activities in collaboration with engineering teamsMake difficult trade-off decisions between competing priorities while managing stakeholder expectationsDefine success metrics and KPIs for each initiative and track progress against goalsRequirements Development & DocumentationTranslate business objectives and user needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteriaCreate wireframes, user flows, and functional specifications to clearly communicate product vision to design and engineering teamsLeverage technical background to assess technical feasibility and provide meaningful input on architecture and implementation approachesCollaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure intuitive and seamless user experiences across web and mobile platformsStakeholder ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders including sales, marketing, operations, customer success, and executive leadershipFacilitate alignment meetings, product reviews, and decision-making forums with cross-functional partnersCommunicate product updates, roadmap changes, and progress transparently and regularlyManage expectations and negotiate scope, timelines, and resource allocation across competing prioritiesCross-Functional LeadershipWork closely with engineering, design, and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycleLead product discovery sessions, design sprints, and retrospectives to continuously improve processesServe as the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for user-centric solutionsMentor junior product team members and contribute to building a product-driven culturePerformance & OptimizationMonitor product performance metrics, user analytics, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvementLead A/B testing and experimentation efforts to optimize conversion, retention, and engagementAnalyze data to inform product decisions and demonstrate ROI of product initiativesRequired Experience & QualificationsExperienceMinimum 4 years of product management experience, preferably in e-commerce / retail domainPrior experience as a software developer or software engineer (minimum 2-3 years preferred)Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products from concept to marketExperience managing complex, multi-stakeholder product initiatives with competing prioritiesDemonstrated success in building and executing strategic product roadmapsTechnical SkillsStrong technical acumen with ability to understand system architecture, APIs, databases, and integrationsProficiency in modern development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, payment systems, order management, and fulfillment technologiesExperience with product management tools (Jira, Productboard, Asana, or similar)Comfort with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Amplitude, or similar)Understanding of web and mobile technologies, responsive design, and accessibility standardsBusiness & Strategic SkillsExceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making approachStrong understanding of e-commerce business
